James Grieco, ASA, MAAA
James co-founded Milestones DFW in 2022. He is a mathematician by education and has been a practicing actuary since 2008, but he is most passionate about being the friendly face (or voice!) that greets the families that we serve.
In addition to being our “receptionist”, James handles all of the things that aren’t related to ABA, such as our website, accounting, insurance, and all of the things that he thinks are “fun”, but no one else does.

Raina Busoul, BCBA®, LBA
Raina co-founded Milestones DFW in 2022. She has an extensive and decorated history as a BCBA® and program director. She is a prominent advocate of ABA in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and she always looks forward to attending ABA seminars and events.

Ruby the Dog
Ruby is a rambunctious dog with a sweet disposition that loves getting attention from people she hasn’t met before. She is the younger of the two dogs, and even though Ruby often steals the spotlight from Zero, she looks to him for guidance when she is unsure about what’s going on.
Throughout her life, Ruby has developed a set of rules which are a mystery to everyone except her. If you don’t follow one of the rules, she will give you a gentle nudge. Because of this, we refer to Ruby as “The Sheriff”.

Zero the Dog
Zero is a gentle dog with a bright personality that enjoys going on adventures and being pet while sitting in someone’s lap. He is a confident leader on dog walks, and is an expert at navigating any path that he has previously crossed, no matter how lost his masters may get.
Zero sometimes gets overshadowed by Ruby, which makes it hard for others to get deeply connected to him, but it doesn’t appear to bother him. Zero and James are strongly bonded, and they seem to prefer spending time with each other.
